Ordering Information

To place an order with Raggedy Bits simply click on the product you wish to purchase and then click on the “Add to Basket” button. You will then be given the option to “view basket” or to feel free to continue shopping.

When you have completed shopping click on the “proceed to checkout“.

Then you will be asked to fill in your details and the option to store your name, shipping details and email address so that the next time when you visit Raggedy Bits all of your information will be stored safely for your next visit.

Once you have checked that all your details are correct, you will need to select a payment option. I accept pay pal, pickup or Direct Deposit. Details for direct deposit will be provided in the next step.

All postage costs are calculated through Australia Post which is linked to my shopping cart. They are determined by weight and dimensions of each parcel and are put through the Australia Post Calculator.

You are more than welcome to pick up your goodies from our Shop 2/2 Grose Vale Road, North Richmond NSW 2753 and can select that option through the checkout process. Furniture items can be delivered to some local areas. Please fill out the contact form below or email us for details.

This website is in Australian Dollar currency and can be changed over to your currency when making payment through PayPal.


Raggedy Bits takes great care in packing and checking your items BEFORE dispatch. Therefore is unable to take any responsibility for loss or damage in transit via Australia Post. I am more than happy to send all goodies via registered post and can be requested in the checkout process in the “leave comments” section. I will then re-issue an amended invoice for final payment. All goodies are sent once payment is received and can take up to 3 working days. Longer for International Orders.


Raggedy Bits will happily accept returns with a full refund of the sale price excluding postage if returned within 7 days of the sale date and the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent.


All backorders can take up to 2 weeks. Once they have been handmade or the out of stock product arrives at Raggedy Bits you will be notified by email and given your postage date and tracking number if applicable.


All custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to process. If you are after something urgently please email sam@raggedy-bits.com with your request.
