If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different or the same product. The item is to be unopened and in the same condition as it was sent or collected from our shop. All postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
If your product arrives damaged, please email a photo to email@example.com and the product will be replaced at no cost to you as long as it is in stock and not discontinued.
Refunds via credit card:
We use Stripe as our trusted payment gateway for all credit cards. Please note that any refunds can take up to 1 to 4 days to be reflected on the card that you used to purchase your items originally.
We do not refund postage costs on orders. We only issue a refund on products.
We are human and sometimes make mistakes. If you received an incorrect item please let us know and post it back in the original unopened and in the same condition as it was sent. Once the item has been returned and in its original condition, all postage costs will be refunded.

All workshops are to be paid in full before attending. If you are unable to attend the workshop please notify me via email or phone message 24 hours prior to the workshop, so that your place can be given to another creative on our waiting list. You can reschedule your workshop at the next available same workshop. We do not offer refunds on workshops booked.
