Step 2 – Taking your book pages, cut out 8 rectangles 90mm x 20mm. Pop on your double-sided tape and stick to 2 of the pumpkins, lining the book page up at the bottom of the blocks.

Hot Glue Gun Time!
Step 3 – Taking your glue gun apply your wooden beads around the line of the book pages.

Step 4: For the 3rd pumpkin, cut out 4 x 90mm x 90mm squares from your book pages. Pop on some double-sided tape and stick to the block.

Almost Finished!
Step 6 – Make a cute bow and use your glue gun to stick into place.

I love things made with old book pages. Where did you find the wood blocks? This post gave me so many ideas. They look beautiful and I haven’t seen anything like it. Definitely pinned to try and make.
Hi there Andrea! I cut them out myself using a drop saw but I’m sure you could get your local hardware to cut them for you if you don’t have access to a drop saw. Hope you have fun making some!
Wow I’m impressed. You made the wood blocks with a saw. They look so perfect.
Even with the spooky spiders, these are so pretty…. until you read the scary book pages :). Love the creativity!
Nothing like a good James Patterson book Sara! Thank you for your kind words!
Sam, these are adorable! So creative! I never would have thought that squares could be pumpkins, but you proved me wrong! I love the addition of the book pages and the wood beads! I will keep this in mind when I do a neutral fall decor again! YAY! Pinned!

These are so unique, Sam! I love that they can be used for neutral fall decor then transition to Halloween with the addition of spiders and cobwebs. That’s so cool how you used bookpages with a spooky story. The wooden beads are a nice touch, too. It was fun crafting with you!
Oh my Sam these pumpkins are gorgeous. I love how you can use them for Fall and just add the icky creepy not in my house ever spider to update it for Halloween.
