Who doesn’t love a good recipe using fresh lemons! This Lemon Bar Recipe by Spaceships and Laser Beams is sure on the baking list in our house in the coming weeks. Fresh lemons always take me back to walking through my Granny’s orchids and being able to pick fresh lemons, apples, pears, chestnuts to our heart’s content! Then we would return to the kitchen and have a baking frenzy. Oh, how I miss those days!!

Absolutely enjoying the fresh welcoming cosy feel to this master bedroom by Dabbling and Decorating! Loving the burnt orange tones matched with the blue of the cute vintage ski’s and soap boxes. I don’t know about you but I sure wouldn’t want to leave!

We pick our weekly favorites for all sorts of different reasons. This particular dining room is beautiful and inspiring because its achievable for most homes. I think it really stands out because of the way Jamie from So Much Better with Age, uses lighting. I find it nothing short of perfection.

This project is a favorite for its clean lines, affordability, and completely step by step tutorial. I know how much patience it takes to stop working in the middle of a project to click a step, then start again. Learning the level of detail required is so important, and I feel Christine from The DIY Dreamer did a bang on job.
