It seemed like only yesterday that my blogging pals and I all teamed up to share with you, our Christmas Home Tours! Time sure has flown by so fast. If you have been following me for a while you know that I’m an Aussie, so when the Spring tour came along it was a little tricky for me as we are heading into our Autumn. But after having a light bulb moment all of the Easter Goodies that I decorate with are full of bright yummy Spring colours that would fit in perfect for our Spring tour! So without further or due welcome to my Spring-Easter Home Tour Vintage Farmhouse Style.

Firstly can I say thank you so much for stopping by and taking a peek! Without you lovelies popping by my little blog, this little dream of mine wouldn’t exist. It fills my heart with joy to see all of the lovely comments that are left. One of my favourite things to do is to read each and every single one and reply. So many lovely friendships have been started just through blogging. These friendships extend all over the world with lots of fun memories being made each day! One day I hope to jump on a plane and come and visit you all! So in the meantime, I will invite you in for a coffee virtual style! 😉

From the Raggedy Bits Kitchen

The kitchen is always my favourite place to start as this sure is the heart of our home. This is where my kids and hubby love to congregate while I’m cooking up a storm. Lots of giggles and sometimes serious chatter goes on in here. So of course there needed to be some Easter-Spring sprinkles added here.

To add some fun to your Easter- Spring displays mason/fowler jars are always fun to fill with goodies. They are perfect to add to your vignettes around your home. Also if you have some spare tea cups they are always fun to add some nests too and then add to your display for a nice Vintage Farmhouse feel.

Our little coffee station sure does get some high usage in our home. So of course, you will find some bunnies hiding in amongst the coffee pods!

My whole idea behind decorating this time was to keep things super simple. So by adding some faux grass to our dough bowl, scattering some eggs with a bunny in the centre, our coffee table is still functional. The repurposed candlesticks added some height as well.

This little drop cloth bunny was inspired by my little niece! She will be having her first Easter this year so I wanted to make her something special that she could keep as a keepsake. Hopefully, she likes it!

Using the same concept here in our dining room I kept things simple. The sweet bunny plates are my favourite and sure lighten up our Easter table.

So keeping my book page runner on top of my pallet table runner  as the base of the decorating I started  to add the larger bunny and then worked from that.

Introducing the yellow bunny plates made the book page runner come to life!

  3. I just love those bunny plates, they are so cute and cheery! We always use paper plates for Easter because there are usually abut 20 people here, lol! So I don’t get to set my table 🙁 It always seem so strange that your seasons are totally opposite ours. At least I will know to come visit you during our winter if I ever get the chance to come to Australia!
