This relish sounds absolutely delicious, Sam. Love having an alternative to cranberry sauce. Thanks for the recipe. I think having two options on the table for Christmas dinner is perfect because surprisingly, not everyone loves cranberries.
You’re so welcome Marie! It sure is a yummy different side to just cranberry sauce! I hope you enjoy 🙂
Omgosh, I love pears and this is the perfect time of year to enjoy them! Thanks for the awesome new recipe to try!

What would the approximate weight of the’bunch’of rhubarb? The recipe sounds delicious!
Hi there Mary, I would say it’s about 500g approximately. Next time I make the recipe I will weigh it and add it to the recipe!
This flavor combination sounds delicious! I’m not a fan of cranberry sauce, so this would be a great addition to the menu.
I hope you enjoy Beverly!
I love rhubarb, but I’ve never had it with pear. Can’t wait to try it. The relish is so pretty for Christmas.

Oooh, this looks good. I love rhubarb as does my family and it’s not something you typically see during the holiday’s menus. Great recipe.

This looks delicious. Could I make it and can it to give as gifts?
Most definitely, Terri! You would just have to make sure you used sterilized jars though 🙂
