Welcome back to another fun project to make for Easter! Hope you have enjoyed what I have shared so far. Today’s project I’m sharing a simple way to make Farmhouse Easter Blocks using some scrap wood.
How To Make Farmhouse Easter Blocks
Farmhouse Easter Blocks are so simple to make and fun to come up with all different words. And just like the Happy Easter Banner I recently shared with you can be changed for each season.
Be sure to check out the other Easter Projects for you to make:

Supplies needed:
- Scrap wood cut into different sizes
- Fusion Mineral Paint – Raw Silk
- IOD Decor Stamp – Typesetting
- Brush – I used Cling On! R12
- Ink
- Brayer
- 120 grit Sandpaper
- Wax
Step 1 – Using your brush give each block 2 coats of Raw Silk. And then distress to your liking.
Step 2 – Lay out the words, stamp down onto the blocks and then pick up your stamps with the transfer film. Load up your brayer with ink and then apply to your stamps. Stamp the words onto blocks and let dry.
Step 3 – Distress and then wax to seal.
Be creative with the words you stamp and have fun!
You can also find these fun blocks over in our shop.
Happy Stamping!

I really, really like that stamp you used on the blogs. I’ve been struggling to find one that’s big enough and has that old world typeset.
Thank you so much, Michelle! I sure have fun using the Typesetting stamp! It really has so many fun things you can do with it!
