Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Open up the cavity of the chicken and place in the lemon, garlic and thyme.
  2. Roll up 4 balls of aliminum foil and place in the bottom of your slow cooker. Rest chicken on top.
  3. Spray oil the entire chicken. Sprinkle on the lemon pepper.
  4. Set your slow cooker to high and cook for 3 to 4 hours depending on the strength of your Slow Cooker and the size of your chicken. You will know when the chicken is cooked because it will fall off the bone and there will be no pink.
  5. Serve with either roasted vegetables, salad and gravey. Any left overs make yummy fillings for sandwhiches or added to a vegetable soup.
