I have been wanting to do this simple project for such a long time now! My poor old coasters have served one to many drinks and were looking a little worse for wear! But time just hasn’t been on my side. Like all projects that I make for our home, I try to use what I already have rather than spend money and buy more. So instead of throwing them out I decided to give them a new lease on life. Join me in making your very own DIY Farmhouse Music Sheet Coasters.
This is not my usual DIY, Home Decor or Recipe post! Today I’m going to take you on a road trip to a beautiful part of the Australian countryside. Eugowra a small country town where my hubby grew up. It is about 6 hours west of Sydney in New South Wales. With a population of around 600 people, it is so nice to get out there as often as we can to escape the hustle and bustle of where we live. They are experiencing floods at the moment which only occurs every so often and everything is so green and lush. So without further or due I hope you enjoy our Eugowra Country Road Trip Adventure!

Who else loves to use a slow cooker as much as I do? To have dinner all ready to go and avoid the crazy pressure after a busy day is such a relief! We use our slow cooker about 2 to 4 times a week pending on our schedules. One of our favourites is Slow Cooked Asian Style Oxtail with mashed potato and steamed bok choy. Especially in the winter time. You can replace the mashed potato with steamed rice for a lighter option.
For the past few years, we have failed miserably with getting out our Halloween Decorations to join in all the fun with our neighbours in the street. So this year I thought I would start planning early! We don’t go crazy but sprinkle a few things here and there on the front porch for the little ones to enjoy when they come trick or treating! So after a little browse around I have put together a collection of 5 Fun Halloween Decorations that I thought you might like too!
